Appointments & Cancellations

• Appointments must be scheduled in advance.

• Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to a fee.

• We reserve the right to reschedule due to weather or safety conditions.

Payments

Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed. We accept cash, card, and digital payments.

SMS Communication

By providing your phone number, you agree to receive service-related messages such as confirmations, reminders, and technician arrival updates. Reply STOP to opt out.

Liability

We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, mechanical issues, or items left inside the vehicle. Customers must remove valuables before service.

Legal Notices

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery depends on your mobile carrier and network availability.

You must be 18 years or older to book services or provide consent for SMS communication.

Refunds

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you are unsatisfied, contact us within 24 hours.
